      <description>&lt;P&gt;Because you have just renewed. It could be that your I.T from work need to update the VPN as well. Have spoken to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has happened before as previously advised and this is what needs doing. so can someone please do this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;My IT has confirm we have a&amp;nbsp;PPTP VPN server at work and I'm unable to connect to work from home. The contract renewed last week and today is the first time I used my work laptop and i have had to connect it to the network from my phone and wifi not connecting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
