      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was migrated from Shell Energy to TalkTalk but I need to access my migrated account. The problem is I am already an existing TalkTalk broadband customer for another property. And need to know how to go about accessing my migrated account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Forum staff don't usually deal with the Shell Migration issues.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The phone number or account number on old bills should help with identification.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The automated system asks for my mobile number which when entered does not let me past that stage, asking for it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will try to find the Shell Migration Team contact information. If you have it, that would save me a lot of hassle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
