Hello there @Julieat, operating times for our Tech support are as follows:

0345 172 0088 Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm; Saturday - 9am - 6pm; Sunday - Closed.

Alternatively, should you have any issues with your broadband or account that needs to be looked into, kindly elaborate and we will be able to further assist via this platform. 🙂
