Cancelling talk talk service

I have been trying to phone up to cancell my broadband and also I have been billed this month although I shouldn't have been.

There should be a note on my account regarding my previous phonecall which I was either going to have my account paused or cancelled when I find i new property as I have recently had a house fire hense why I don't require broadband.

Can someone call me or help asap

Unfortunately this is not something that can be dealt with here on the community. You will need to continue with customer services directly.
