      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also a problem with the TalkTalk supplied router.&amp;nbsp; It gave up the ghost this afternoon (not a fuse fault, not a plug fault - just a stone dead router with no power-on light) after what can't have been more than a couple of years of service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frustratingly TalkTalk are very difficult to contact on a Sunday (and I don't have an internet connection without the router).&amp;nbsp; I'll start the process of contacting Customer Services by phone on Monday, although a replacement for the faulty item would be the preferred solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If any of the community know how to direct this message to a decision maker at TalkTalk, I would be very grateful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
