    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's probably due to your contract period ending and the cost reverting to the out of contract standard price, or due to a promotional period on a boost (such as phone) ending. Promotional periods can differ from the contract period.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can check if you are now out of contract in My Account and to negotiate a new contract you will need to speak to the Loyalty (Better Value) Team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Contracts and pricing cannot be conducted on the forum.&lt;/P&gt;
