    <description>&lt;P&gt;As I said, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/857105"&gt;@nomfezeko-TT&lt;/a&gt;, I checked 12 hours ago and it's still showing. I don't think it was a problem a week ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's not like it's something I'd be checking all the time unless I had a specific problem with my service, but I was keeping an eye on things after someone helped themselves to my wifi (long story....) and I therefore changed my router password etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Is "My Connection" down just now?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;NOT a problem with my actual service at the moment but if I try to get any information from "My Connection" via Service Status Dashboard, I just get messages like "we've run into a problem" "sorry, we're working hard....." "please try again later".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It shows if I try to check which devices have been connected, and is directly flagged on "My Speed".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Seems to be OK for "My Router" and "My Usage".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Some sort of problem at your end for at least the past 12 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
