    <description>&lt;P&gt;Canceled my contract with talktalk via Vodafone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just received a bill and it is telling me that I am being billed £32.04 on 18 july even though my contract has expired and i and Vodafone have given you over one months notice (8 June) of cancellation and move to Vodafone full fibre on the 11/7/25 and received a email from you about said move to Vodafone on 8 June.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to the router the internet is still working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Used your chat line and was told will solve In 5 days, not holding my breath.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The one month's notice and the actual switch date are not exactly the same thing, so there's just a chance that the bill was made up a day or two earlier than the switch date, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/695949"&gt;@Sudan&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So it would be for the next month, regardless, and then any unused days will be paid back on the &lt;STRONG&gt;next&lt;/STRONG&gt; bill.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Leave your Direct Debit in place to claim back the refund from My Account next month.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's not all over till you receive a bill for £0.00.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What was your usual billing cycle,&amp;nbsp; ie the date the bill was made up to, not the date you actually got the email? DD dates vary a little with Talktalk month on month, but the billing cycle date indicated in the details of each bill tends to remain the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
