    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately you can't predict an issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's probably unlucky you've had 2 issues in a shirt space of time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk can only rely on Openreach fixing line issues and if they say it's fixed, well it's fixed in their opinion and there is nothing that can be done unless it happens again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Fingers crossed it doesn't reoccur.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Lost Internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, just a quick question if I may. Last Friday night my router changed from white light to flashing red and I lost the internet. I finally managed to message TT and on Saturday morning I had a text message saying it was an Open Reach problem and it had been fixed...it was all back on. Trouble was it went again last night, more agro talking to virtual assistants, but finally got a message saying they'd checked and I had another Open Reach problem. Same again message this morning and it's now back on. Trouble is I don't really trust it staying on and thinking it may go again tonight. Anyone got any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
