Thank you for your reply.

Yes, as part of trying to work out what was wrong, I had tried 3 different browsers on my laptop, two different browsers on another machine plus the browser on my phone.

In addition I did try to clear my cache & cookies on one of the browsers on my laptop. Nothing helped.

I connected my phone to my phone's data connection and it worked fine.

NOTE: I just retried and it works now. What did you do to clear it please?

cannot access a website

I am unable to access one particular website - knitty.com from my TalkTalk internet connection. Friends of mine can access it fine. I can also access it if I use my Phone's data connection. I can access many other websites and when I checked my TalkTalk connection I was getting good speeds.

The error message that I get when I try to access the above site is;-

Secure connection failed.

An error occurred during a connection to knitty.com: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

There is a 'Not secure' warning next to the knitty.com url address in the browser.

I have also attached the error message as a screenshot to this message.

This has been like this for a couple of weeks. At first I had thought the issue was at the website end but I have not heard if anyone else having issues accessing it. Just me via my TalkTalk internet...

I am connected directly to the TalkTalk Wifi Hub.

Please help! Has that site been blacklisted somewhere? Is the SSL certificate blacklisted locally? Other folk can access that site so it definitely isn't an issue at the website end.

Good afternoon defarge. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Have you also tried using a different browser and clearing your cache and cookies before trying to access the site again?

Okay thank you for confirming. I'm glad to hear that it is now working. I haven't performed anything on my side seems like the issue cleared itself before I could even look into it.
