      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are totally fed up with the problems we have been having even thought you say it is fine so we would like you to send us a new modem so we can see if that is the problem and system forever flashing&amp;nbsp; and constantly having no signal&amp;nbsp; or wifi we have been with talktalk many years and if not resolved we will be leaving talk talk .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards Shelagh Horrell&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We'd like to help by perhaps looking into more detail into what's happening with Broadband then we can advise on a more permanent solution, as for the modem, we can't send it without first completing live diagnostic checks with.&lt;/P&gt;
