We are so sorry to hear this, but normally one microfilter is enough. What package are you on and why do you need another one.

Only 1 micro filter supplied with new hub. I require 2 since I don’t use main port. Can I use existing micro filter, or do I need a new one. It looks as if there should have been 2 supplied.
Thanks.

You would need a filter wherever you connect a phone or router. The new Hub 3 only comes with one, but you can reuse your existing ones.

Hi @IZzY4*

You say that the light on the router is white or possibly a light blue when you have these problems. This signifies that the router is connected to the broadband, OK. The reason why the light does not seem that bright, is that I would guess that you have the new Wi-Fi Hub 3. The light on this router, unlike all previous Wi-Fi Hubs, is underneath the router, not on the front panel. This means it has to be reflected off the surface the router is standing on & this can lead to it being a bit weak.

Despite this, you cannot connect to the internet. Is this on just one device or all of them?
