    <description>&lt;P&gt;The plug you have sent me for new broadband wont fit socket. The simple reason is the socket is low to the floor and the power plug you sent is the opposite way around to the old one.&amp;nbsp; The old one doesnt fit its smaller. So big big big error on your part. If the power plug was opposite way around it would fit every where. every condition. Very poor design fault from Talk Talk I am afraid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not TalkTalk design, but the manufacturer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest if it doesn't fit that and extension lead plugged in would be your best option so the plug would then be horizontal to the floor.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
