      <title>Upgrading an older router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my router still works..it only occaisionally drops out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but i have noticed the wifi signal around the house isnt as strong as it used to be, and even disappears in some places....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my Huawei is about 4 years old now, and is on 24/7, how do i go about getting a newer model?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paul&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to be within 4 months of renewal&amp;nbsp; / end of contract date. Otherwise it's charged - I think @ £80. Will check that for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The last notification I can find mentions the £80 charge - if it's not actually developed faults, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/173984"&gt;@Hawker52&lt;/a&gt;, that charge would apply unless you are within the last 4 months of your contract, in which case it would be sent out if you request it when you renew your contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
