      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every day this week our internet has gone down. I was wondering if I could get a new router like the one we currently have (Huawei router).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried those Sagemcom routers and they don't provide a strong enough signal to reach all of the rooms in our house. The Huawei routers do provide a strong enough signal for what we need.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only router we have is the Huawei HG633. We don't have another router to try. The previous Sagemcom router was sent back to Talk Talk due to weaker signal to the upstairs rooms in the house.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So, did you try them but return them?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Huawei routers haven't been sent out for a few years, and currently only Sagemcom is used.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Huawei routers do not now get updates of firmware, so this may be part of the issue now, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/533381"&gt;@Joeycat909&lt;/a&gt; / &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/852058"&gt;@Philile-TT&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But if you are more then 4 months from renewal, replacement routers are charged for unless the old one is actually faulty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
