      <description>&lt;P&gt;What about doing a factory reset of the router? Assuming that it is not an eero, press &amp;amp; hold the recessed reset switch near the power cable. With the router turned on, press &amp;amp; hold this switch for about 20 secs, or until the light changes colour.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
