Manual firmware update

Just wondering if anyone can help me manually update the firmware for my HG633 as it is on V1.15t at the moment and automatic update seems to not be working. In fact, after talking to staff in the past they cannot even recognise the router online, which is a bit weird as it's an original TalkTalk router.

Any help would be much appreciated as the speed to the router is 62meg but wireless its down to 30meg.

Hi @graydays seriously think it is time for an upgrade. The Huawei is no longer supported and firmware equally so.

Hi there @graydays. I am very sorry to hear this. I can confirm that we are unable to manually update the firmware and as you have mentioned above that this is affecting your speed also please confirm if there are any other issues you are experiencing with your broadband.
