    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have contacted them everyway possible, I am currently in live chat and on hold on the phone? I have been 6 weeks with no internet access and have spent 6 hours+ on the phone and more on live chat getting sent from one department to the other. I just wondered what the community would suggest I do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had to deal with talktalk customer service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never experienced anything like it? I have been lied to, hung up on multiple times, no one seems to have the slightest idea what they are doing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spent hours on the phone no one can fix the issue they usually just end up hanging up on me and I am tied into a contract that I never wanted that was the result of inaccurate information from one on their advisors?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had the displeasure of dealing with the terrible customer services? And if so how did you overcome it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
