      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My facebook is not loading any pics when I am connected to my home router it works ok when I am connecteded to a friends router. Online seaech it says there is a problem with my DNS I have changed this to google DNS and its still not working. I have done a speed test and thats coming back with 65mbps download and 9.29 upload please can you advise why its not working ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/505567"&gt;@Basil50&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried leaving your router switched off for over 30 minutes, this will ensure it creates a new 'session' in the street cabinet when you switch it back on, would be interesting to see if a new session will resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would also be worth &lt;A href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/How-to-turn-off-homesafe/ta-p/2205184" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;checking Homesafe&lt;/A&gt;, just to see if you have any settings switched on that could be blocking things.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
