I have been told that these have been sent, there was no bag and label in my new router box How can I get a bag and label to return old router, plugs wires etc?

Staff can get you one sent out during the week, @GinnyMcc. Confirm your home address in Private Notes for them.

It's in your profile area (not in this thread), via your avatar; settings; Personal Information and scroll down. SAVE CHANGES.
