topic lacking a consistent and stable service since swap to full fibre 150 in Broadband

Since we transfered to the full fibre 150 service we have noticed that we now regularly have a loss of wifi connection and mobile phones switch to 5g connection. I downloaded a wifi analyzer app on my phone and can see that every so often our router is not detected in the list of displayed nearby routers. When I say nearby one or two of these routers have distances of 200ms. I am considering the purchase of a home security, wireless, but I have no confidence in the signal strength of our current router or its reliability of a stable connection. Is there a "router upgrade" available from TalkTalk and any advice on how to achieve a stronger and stable signal would be appreciated,

TomH
