I've been using TalkTalk for a few years now but i've never had a router upgrade and im currently using the Huawei HG633 which is very outdated and rather vintage from 2015 and its performing poorly and we're having to turn it off and on everyday but its slow and doesn't fully give me the Fibre 65 package that I am on.If so is it possible to get a new router that the Fibre 65 package uses.

You have advised that the router performs poorly, I will be able to run checks on your line for you. Please let me know if you are at home to proceed.

I understand @scottbamutd , While our policy typically limits sending routers free of charge in the absence of technical issues. To receive a new router, You are currently in contract therefore, we can explore available options for a discounted price, which would allow you to upgrade your equipment while ensuring your internet connection remains secure.
