    <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my TalkTalk contract &amp;nbsp; on the 10th of December 25 and signed up for a new 24 month contract for Fibre 35 . A &amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;new router box was promised to be delivered within 3 to 5 &amp;nbsp;days which hasn’t yet been delivered . (22nd of December) My internet has now been off line for two weeks and is causing me quite a few problems . &amp;nbsp;I suspect that the &amp;nbsp;old router &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;may&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;be causing the problem but no one has able to confirm if it is diagnosed as a computer &amp;nbsp;or router problem but I need &amp;nbsp;the new router desperately. I have spoken to about three people on the WhatsApp help desk and building up &amp;nbsp;quite a trail and nothing seems to be happening. I am getting quite angry as with Christmas probably &amp;nbsp;nothing will now happen&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cisco AnyConnect  wireless issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m a customer that was migrated from Shell and I’m using a fairly old Post Office branded Zyxel ADSL router. After having to perform a hard reset (pin in the back) on the router to diagnose a broadband connection problem I can no longer connect to my work laptop top that uses Cisco AnyConnect over Wi-Fi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can still connect successfully if I connect my work lap top by plugging an Ethernet cable into the router LAN port.&lt;BR /&gt;All other devices, so phones, tablets, computers, TVs, etc all connect okay over Wi-Fi.&lt;BR /&gt;My work laptop still connects without any problem to my phone Wi-Fi hot spot and the work Wi-Fi, so I don’t think it is the laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn’t have any problems last September unlike a lot of other customers..&amp;nbsp;So, it just seems to be an AnyConnect issue over Wi-Fi after the hard reset.&amp;nbsp;Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You would be best to speak to the dedicated Shell Migration team on 03451 720088 (open 9am - 7pm), as staff here have limited or no access to the Shell systems.&lt;BR /&gt;When you call is answered be specific and ask for the Shell&amp;nbsp; migration team.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Hope they can sort it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
