      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hi, looking for advice or trying to find out if a national issue. Broadband went down about 2 hours ago and can’t log into my account to report it as there’s an issue trying to do that. Can someone confirm that this isn’t just a me problem and that there is an outage. Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
