Lost all WIFI - though router has all green lights.

I have completely lost access to my TALK TALK service this morning - unable to send or receive e-mails or access the internet. All the green lights are on for my TALK TALK router. I have rebooted that device several times but makes no difference.

I am in Stoke Newington, London - can someone help please.

Hi there @Fizzbin2000 I'm sorry that you are experiencing such an issue , thanks for confirming that you already rebooted the router. We need to run some diagnostics checks with you.

I will run the checks for the internet this should resolve the email issue as well if it doesn't, please let me know. Are you currently at home, where the TalkTalk service is installed

I am at home but unable to run checks on my router - TALK TALK website doesn't recognise it.

Ran the test and looks like all is running as expected.see message from my account

@Fizzbin2000 thank you for the confirmation. Is everything back online now? are you able to utilize your emails?
