      <description>&lt;P&gt;You say set up in the title, are you setting up following transfer to fibre?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is the cable from the ONT box in the correct input?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Likewise, if you have been sent the hub as a replacement and you are not on full fibre, is the cable to the correct input?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A bit more info may help us diagnose the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
