    <description>&lt;P&gt;Was there not a returns bag included in the box with the new Hub? Otherwise, as there is no support from TalkTalk staff available here any more, you will need to go back to customer services directly and request one. Make sure you get proof of postage when you send it back to forestall any issues with charges that may arise,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been sent my new router by TalkTalk but it makes no mention of what to do with the old one.&amp;nbsp; Previously I have had to send them back but I'm going round in circles with Chat and no help there..&amp;nbsp; What have others&amp;nbsp; done with the old equipment?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
