&lt;P&gt;You cannot flash the firmware and are restricted to OTA upgrades whenever TalkTalk issue them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Perhaps using custom firewall settings in the router are the problem?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Custom settings firewall. Has video2video hack . You can change the settings eventually it will allow you to delete the setting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cycle it will come back. It must be on the firmware.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have left it for 10 minutes to clear the cache. It's still there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So my question is how can I.flash the firmware. This sagecom router does not allow you to update? Nor reinstall you have to wait for an auto-update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how to remove the hacked setting, permanently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should i just abandon this sagecom fastnet router (and talk talk). You cant even use it as a modem owing to it being integral with the WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
