Phone not available

People are telling me that my phone is frequently unavailable when they try to call me. I know that in some shops e.g. Sainsburys the reception can be poor but even when I'm at home where the reception is good it happens also. Anyone else have this problem or can anyone shed any light on what the problem might be. It's an iPhone 13 with the latest version of the operating system.

Have you checked the signal in the area https://www.vodafone.co.uk/network/status-checker

Thanks, Yes, as I said, the reception at home is good.

There really isn't anything we can do to boost a signal.
