New to using this and says I have an ad blocker, but no idea how to use it. Any suggestions??

As blockers vary and it's probably best to consult the help page of the address blocker you have installed.

When on a page that you need to allow, you would normally right click on the ad blocker logo in your browser and select one of the options shown, depending on your needs.
