There is always a queue for attention and staff are catching up in the order that posts will have built up since Friday evening!

It will take a lot more than 20 minutes for them to reach your thread.

You may find it quicker to use Chat or phone in, if you have another means.

Forum staff don't have access to most aspects of the mobile system.

Call 03451 720088 after 9am. Chat also becomes live after 9am, once you get past the initial bot questions.
