    <description>&lt;P&gt;I transferred my late husband's broadband/landline and his mobile accounts to my name. Now I can't see my mobile account in my online dashboard. I am told I have lost access to the mobile account and that this is the 'systems' fault. Nothing can be done about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experienced this and if so what have they done about it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
