I recently ended my talktalk mobile contract because talktalk are now terminating mobile services. I have a small amount of credit on my mobile bill, how do I get this refunded? The only information I can find on refunds is about broadband accounts, there is nothing about mobile account refunds, the website is not very helpful regarding mobile contracts. I would have hoped the credit would have automatically been refunded to my bank account rather than me having to request it...

Once your bill is issued and shows a credit, there should be a refund button in the billing section of my account.
