What are the plans when BBC drops the SD channels? Does the TV guide reorganise all of the current channels?

The only announcement I'm aware of is the future closure of all SD channels from the BBC on the Freesat service delivered via satellite dish. Current TalkTalk TV boxes are for the Freeview service delivered via terrestrial TV antenna.

I've not hear of any plans for BBC to drop the terrestrial SD channels.
