4k tv box .

Hi.

I have a fibre150 with 4k box, like many other people I find the 4k box useless, I still have my old talktalk youview box, so my question is can I reconnect my old box and use that instead of the 4k box?

What issues are you experiencing with the TV box?

4k box only able to record one program at a time and won't let you watch other channels while recording, in mind a big backwards step from the old box.

Same question can I revert back to the old box without any changes or charges to my contract ?

you can use the older box, however if it fails in the future, these are no longer provided.
