      <description>&lt;P&gt;My box is in a maintenance mode reset loop where it keeps failing to start after issues with playing recorded videos started happening forcing me to reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are doing a maintenance reset, lose recordings, then I'm afraid your box has reached then end of its life&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These boxes are no longer available and can't be replaced&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you wish to discuss obtaining a new box you will need to contact customer services, and this may entail your recontracting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if the maintenance reset does not resolve, only option is to try the full factory reset and retest. If that fails, then the box has started to fail.&lt;/P&gt;
