Talktalk tv hub

I have tried contacting Talktalk several times now on help with connecting my tv hub to satellite channels. When I previously had the same wire into my tv it worked absolutely fine now I plug in to my hub box and cannot find any channels at all. Can I get some help with this please.

the TV box does not receive satelite channels, only freeview. Channels such as Sky movies etc are delivered via the Now tv app.

When you mention a satelite connection, do you have a satelite dish or external aerial. The box will only connect to a terrestrial aerial.
