    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a Huawei youview box that has suddenly&amp;nbsp; stopped recording,&amp;nbsp; it was certain channels&amp;nbsp; now none will record and previous recordings&amp;nbsp; won't&amp;nbsp; play&amp;nbsp; either even ones we've&amp;nbsp; already watched. Done a soft reset and a factory&amp;nbsp; reset but it's still the same. Software&amp;nbsp; is up to date but app update just says 'cannot update'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if a factory reset has &amp;nbsp;not resolved this, then the box may have failed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk stopped providing these boxes over 2 years ago and so the box cannot be replaced.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can give our customer teams a call to see if you are eligible for the new 4K tv box however you may need to renew the contract and have TalkTalk entertainment added to your package.&lt;/P&gt;
