Hi

TalkTalk no longer issue the legacy youview boxes. This stopped about 2 /12 years ago. These boxes cannot be repaired or replaced.

There is a new 4K TV box, and you may be eligible for this. If you are out of contract or near the end of contract, then you will have to renew for the offer of a new TV Box. Also, any former TV charge will be removed and this is replaced with TalkTalk entertainment that covers the rental of the new box.

Give our customer loyalty teams a call if this is something you are interested in adding to your package.

Thanks

Karl.

Have been talking with Tech Department for the last 3 days. The indicator lights on the front of the DN372T have not worked for at least 2 months. Last weekend the "Youview box" appeared to be not working, as the TV screen stated "No signal" and no internet detected. The Tech Department want to talk me through a factory reset but I have explained several times, all to no avail, that there is no power to the DN372T.

Can someone please sort me a replacement DN372T "Youview box" so I can start catchup & streaming?

Many thanks
