    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a lightning strike today the Talk Talk TV box immediately went down. I've tried powering it down for 2 mins and re-starting, but nothing at all from it. I checked the power socket and its able to power other devices. I think the box is toast.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to I get a replacement TT box ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly that type of box is no longer available. Assuming you are a TalkTalk TV subscriber they can send you a new box, but because it has a single tuner it has limited recoding functionality and then only if you supply your own USB memory stick, although these can be sourced quite cheaply.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can either contact customer services directly via the usual channels, or wait for the support team here to pick this up when they are back online from Monday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
