&lt;P&gt;You need to ring in on 03451 720088 after 9am (Monday to Saturday) and it would be the same phone number if you wish to leave.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have one of the old boxes for which we pay £5 per month.&amp;nbsp; The recordings that have been set constantly fail to record.&amp;nbsp; Usually this is Channels 4 and 5 but more recently also Channel 3.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to remove the TV package from my account but can't do so online.&amp;nbsp; I have been with talkktalk since its Onetel days and I am really unhappy with the service now.&amp;nbsp; I will be leaving talktalk when our contract expires and will probably go with Virgin.&amp;nbsp; They won't keep customers if they can't supply&amp;nbsp; an efficient and reliable service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
