      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear TalkTalk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since 13rd July, my contract was changed Fiber 65 base plan&amp;nbsp;included TalkTalk TV Box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but I don't have device to conect on my TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I see TalkTalk TV?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kind regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Masakazu Inoue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you paying a separate fee for TV on your bill?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All contracts are headed up as having TV, but not all actually have TV included. It's the additional charge on your bill that determines whether or not you have it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you wish support staff to verify for you, you are in their queue for a response.&lt;BR /&gt;For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced.
