    <description>&lt;P&gt;TV is continually cutting out and pausing going pixelated. We get an error code YVM302 and then can't press the back button or help button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internet is working fine and have done power on / off checks as well as reset button on both TV box and router.&amp;nbsp; What do you advise?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;YVM302 does indicate a poor or weak signal from the aerial.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can try a retune without the aerial then retune again with the aerial, but if the signals are affected this is not a guaranteed fix.&lt;/P&gt;
