4k tv box stream from pc?

Is there an app that allows the 4k tv box to play local files from the pc?

The 4K TV box (Netgem) will not allow you to install apps on this, There are no apps currently to stream to this.

Thanks Karl. I was hoping Plex or even chromecast could do this, will have to stick to the old firestick I guess.

These can be added to the TV Hub, but the 4K TV Box does not have these apps unfortunately.
