Can anyone tell me please if my Youview box, HUAWEISTB, will be compatible with ITVX at the end of this month?

Depends on the model number, but if it is not the new Hub box, then no it won't be compatible.

ITV are withdrawing support for older boxes. More info here

If your box still works to record, I'd keep it and consider something like the Amazon Fire stick or Roku stick, which have the benefit of other free streaming apps such as Freeview and Pluto.

They also offer the up to date ITVX app.
