I cannot sign in to my account I want to check my bills and other things but the sign in is saying my email address is not registered I have been with talk talk for about 15years god knows why thanks

Your account is showing as part registered, have you received the email to complete registration ?

I have received it last night I changed my password tried again still no joy just tried again email address not recognised thanks

Ok @mclaren, can you try to login again, but follow the forgot password link and reset the password for the login which is you Gmail address.

A code will be sent to your Mobile or Email address.

Then you can reset the password

The login email address that you use for My Account which is your gmail address

I have done that and on the sign in to talk talk it is saying your email address is not recognised

Ok the account is not in your name, or email address, the named account holder will have to call us to sort this out.
