Hi

My 5 has always been problematic and has had issues across the youview platform, this has been an issue with the app itself. It is not possible to remove and reinstall the app directly from the 4K box, but you can reset the box to see if this clears any stored data. A reset of the box can be initiated by pressing the button on the side 5 times.

Hi

Have you powered off the box for a couple of minutes and retested ?

Do other apps work ok, Iplayer etc ?

Thanks

Karl.
