&lt;P&gt;If the full factory reset has not resolved this, the box may be reaching end of life.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk stopped providing these boxes 3 years ago, so this cannot be repaired or replaced.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may be eligible for one of the new Streaming 4K TV boxes, or TV Hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give our customer teams a call if this is something you are interested in, and they can discuss options with you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>tv does not record or playback</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;for the second time in 4 months my tv has stopped recording and will not playback already recorded items. The first time, 4 months ago, I did a factory reset and it cured the problem this time a factory reset has not cured the problem. Also it seems that since starting a new contract we are getting multiple internet and broadband brief disruptions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a very long standing customer it seems the service is at an all time low.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise a solution&lt;/P&gt;</description>
