How come I can't get itvx, we have a DN372T set top box.

@Davidn2, it is a decision by ITV:

You will need to call customer support on 03451 720088 (open till 7pm) to order a 4K box.

Check the specs using the forum search engine.

It comes with £5 monthly rental instead of the TV charge and you may need a new contract.

Complete your community forum profile details for TT staff support on the forum.

Go via your avatar/name; settings; from the drop down menu, choose Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.

As advised, give our Teams a call and they can discuss options with you, for one of the new 4K TV boxes, that will fully support the ITVX App.
