Can get itvx from the tv guide but can't get it on the catch up

The ITV X App is not available on some older set top boxes or smart TV's. This includes the legacy youview boxes.

This was a decision by ITV, not to bring the app to the older boxes, and beyond our control.

You can call our customer Teams and discuss options for one of the new TV boxes that will support the ITV X App.
